The following helpful recommendations are to make vaccines safer for you and your family*.
They should always be reviewed by a qualified health care provider.
PRIOR TO VACCINE
If a vaccine is planned begin the following:
1. Up to two weeks prior to vaccine begin Dr. Rydland’s Detox Skin herbal formula*. For
the first week give one dose daily, second week two doses daily and then three doses
daily. This should be continued for six weeks following each vaccine or as directed by a
health care provider. This may be continued as needed.
2. Up to two weeks prior to vaccine begin Dr. Rydland’s Family Daily Defense* twice daily
and continue for six weeks following each vaccine or as directed by a health care
provider. This may be continued as needed.
3. NDF dosage according to label instructions twice daily one week prior to and 6 weeks
after each vaccine or as directed by a health care provider. This may be continued as
needed.
Once the vaccine is given do the following:
1. Begin Dr. Rydland’s Detox Skin herbal formula*. For the first week give one dose daily,
second week two doses daily and then three doses daily. This should be continued for six

4. Post Vaccination homeopathic (newtonlabs.net), take the dose on the label twice daily for
two weeks or as directed by a health care provider.
VACCINE REACTIONS
For vaccine known or suspected reactions do the following:

week two doses daily and then three doses daily. This should be continued for three or more
months or as directed by a health care provider.
NDF dosage according to instructions on the label twice daily for at least three months or as
directed by a health care provider.
Post Vaccination homeopathic (newtonlabs.net), take the dose on the label twice daily for three
or more months.
